Each order typically includes 12 customized favors. If you’d like a different quantity, please reach out for custom pricing options.

Processing times vary based on the favor type. Printed wrappers are generally ready to ship within 2-3 business days, while filled treats and handmade paper crafted favors may take up to 10 business days. Rush orders may be available—please contact us for availability.

7. Do you offer bulk pricing for large events?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for large orders. Please reach out with your quantity needs, and we’ll provide a custom quote.

8. Are there specific storage instructions for filled treats?
Yes, to ensure freshness, keep filled treats stored in a cool, dry place until your event. Avoid direct sunlight and heat, especially for chocolate or candy items.

9. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have started the customization process, and additional charges could apply for changes.

10. Are refunds available for custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship filled treats within the United States due to food handling regulations. However, printed wrappers and handmade paper crafted favors can be shipped internationally.
